Australia

I charge a flat rate of $10 shipping Australia wide. All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post Express. When your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details by email.

Rest of the world

For all orders outside of Australia there will be a $20 AUD flat rate. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking.
Please note that orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival, these are not included in the shipping costs and you may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.

RETURNS



I really hope that you love your Dibs jewels, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a store credit within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and any return shipping and handling charges are at the customer’s cost.
If you receive a piece that you think is damaged or defective please email within 48 hours of receiving the item and I will replace or repair it.

These terms do not apply to commissioned work which is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
